This beautiful, natural, kiln dried, Oregon walnut mantel is perfect for a project that needs a large solid piece. This mantel consists of live edge walnut wood that has been planed smooth and cut straight on the ends and mounting side. The live edge, front side of the mantel has had bark removed to enhance the natural edge. This mantel will arrive as raw wood without any sealant or oil. Our walnut wood is custom milled and kiln dried at Frison-Logue Hardwoods. Our kiln drying process guarantees to greatly minimize wood movement and cracking. We have a variety of wood that can be custom cut to your dimensions. Mantel installation hardware is not included. Finishing and sealant is available by request for an additional cost.
